Custom homes are all about what the client wants. Our 8th Street design exhibits the heart of our client. Gray and blue paint embody the shabby chic feel our client was looking for.

The kitchen has an incredible breakfast nook with a built-in bench where they chose to upholster with floral fabric. Seating was a high priority for this home. With a spacious island and neat breakfast nook, there is plenty of room for family gatherings. But, it’s also adaptable.

Stoker Brothers is known for their inviting woodwork and this home include a fireplace with custom wood accents and unique wooden shelving. This adds an element of hominess and warmth that is perfect for lounging at home after a long day at work or running errands.

A cool element of this home is the master bath. Our client put their mark on the home by adding an old school bathtub with a modern twist, which only adds to the overall design of the home.
